Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we provide a sampling process before moving into production. We usually develop at least  10–12 designs during sampling, as fewer designs are not feasible for our creative team due to the time, detailing, and effort involved. The sampling cost is calculated separately and depends on the complexity of the design, ensuring every sample is developed with precision and quality.

The cost per sample/prototype at Trinity Circle starts from ₹5,000, excluding fabric and trims. The final cost may vary based on design complexity and construction details. We do not charge separately for pattern making, and we can provide grading for 4–6 sizes per design when the sample moves forward for production.

Sample/Prototype development is a fully manual process, and while our goal is to deliver a prototype closely aligned with the intended design, final approval may sometimes require revised prototypes based on practical execution or brand feedback. To ensure fairness and shared commitment, we charge 50% of the sampling/prototype cost.

We take 100% advance for sample development because it covers our team’s expenses only. We generally don’t make any profit from this process; sampling is mainly to showcase our quality and bring your design to life.

Our MOQ is 1000 pieces per project, with 70–100 pieces per style as the minimum. Cutting fewer than this is not possible with layered cutters, and manual cutting makes costs much higher. We also take 50% advance before production and 50% at delivery.

Every project has its own specific details and protocols, so lead times can vary. Generally, we require at least one month for delivery after all designs, samples, and approvals are finalized, ensuring quality and precision in production.

Yes, we do source fabrics. We recommend bringing sample fabrics during the sampling process. For production, we can source fabrics in bulk at reasonable rates. If you expect us to source multiple or specialized fabrics, it requires a dedicated team to find the right materials, which will take time and additional cost that the client will need to bear.

No, we do not provide any credit facility. We require 50% advance before production and the remaining 50% at delivery, regardless of the project size.

Yes, we offer Bit Loom fabric. As per textile programming requirements, based on fabric composition percentage, LEA, GSM, and thread count, we develop a fabric sample for bulk approval. This process involves dedicated technical programming and carries specific charges for Bit Loom fabric development.

Yes, we develop custom knit and woven fabrics tailored to client requirements. The fabric is developed based on yarn composition, weaving structure, thread specifications, and dyed fabric requirements, along with appropriate fibre treatments to achieve the desired finish and performance. This process is intended for direct bulk fabric orders and does not involve Bit Loom programming.

Yes, Trinity Circle is open to signing an NDA once the project details are finalized and the brand requests confidentiality. This is done on the basis of mutual discussion and agreed terms, ensuring clarity, trust, and a comfortable working relationship for both parties.

At Trinity Circle, we maintain strict confidentiality around our sourcing partners for fabrics and accessories. However, when necessary, we are happy to facilitate a coordinated meeting with our trusted vendors to ensure the best quality and alignment with your design requirements. To maintain professionalism and data privacy, direct sharing of personal or contact information between clients, vendors, and our internal team is not permitted.

At Trinity Circle, we maintain strict client confidentiality. We do not disclose previous clients or share complete portfolios with individuals, and we never outsource or send our sample work to any external location. While we can show examples relevant to your project, our full client work and sample creations remain exclusive and viewable only at our studio.

We also do not offer free work, regardless of project promises, and our payment terms are clear—we require 50% advance and 50% on delivery. We do not provide credit facilities. This approach ensures quality, trust, and professionalism in every collaboration, maintaining the high standards that make Trinity Circle a leading garment manufacturer.
