Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we provide a sampling process before moving into production. We usually develop at least 10–12 designs during sampling, as fewer designs are not feasible for our creative team due to the time, detailing, and effort involved. The sampling cost is calculated separately and depends on the complexity of the design, ensuring every sample is developed with precision and quality.
We take 100% advance for sample development because it covers our team’s expenses only. We generally don’t make any profit from this process; sampling is mainly to showcase our quality and bring your design to life.
Our MOQ is 1000 pieces per project, with 70–100 pieces per style as the minimum. Cutting fewer than this is not possible with layered cutters, and manual cutting makes costs much higher. We also take 50% advance before production and 50% at delivery.
Every project has its own specific details and protocols, so lead times can vary. Generally, we require at least one month for delivery after all designs, samples, and approvals are finalized, ensuring quality and precision in production.
Yes, we do source fabrics. We recommend bringing sample fabrics during the sampling process. For production, we can source fabrics in bulk at reasonable rates. If you expect us to source multiple or specialized fabrics, it requires a dedicated team to find the right materials, which will take time and additional cost that the client will need to bear.
No, we do not provide any credit facility. We require 50% advance before production and the remaining 50% at delivery, regardless of the project size.
